Our English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are limited to clients with Permanent Resident status.
ESL classes will help you learn English for everyday living and in the workplace.

LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT AND REGISTRATION
Before you are placed in an English class, you will have your English level assessed. Assessments are based on the Canadian Language Benchmarks. The test measures your skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English. This assessment will allow you to be referred to an appropriate class in a language training program in Brandon.
Once you are in an English class your progress will be assessed by your teacher who will write a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) report for you at the end of the instructional year.
